Wollongong Campus is TAFE Illawarra's largest Campus.
Meaning "Sound of the Sea" in D'harawal Aboriginal Language, Wollongong is the gateway to the South Coast of NSW. With the campus just minutes away from the city centre, students can enjoy the area's beaches, eateries, shopping and entertainment.
All faculties have full representation at this campus, which is located adjacent to the University of Wollongong's main campus. The University and the Institute have established firm articulation arrangements permitting students to easily transfer to University programs.

Car Parking: A daily parking fee of $2.00 is charged if you have a permit, if you do not have a permit a daily parking fee of $8.00 will be charged. All visitors to the campus are required to display a current TAFE Illawarra parking permit sticker on the driver’s side of the windscreen of their car.
Children's Centre: Childcare is available for children aged 0-6 years and the centre caters for 24 places. The Children’s Centre operates from 8:15 am till 5:15 pm – Monday to Friday, the centre operates 48 weeks per year with a 4 week closure over the December/January period. Food: There are a variety of eateries including a cafeteria and coffee shop. The cafeteria is open Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 8:00pm and Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (during term). The Student Association also has a function centre that caters for all types of functions.

Motor Vehicle Infringement: Please note a $10 parking infringement will be given for parking on lawns and garden areas, reserved and restricted areas, loading zones, and crossings. An infringement is also given to students who park their cars in a way that causes an obstruction or takes a parking spot allocated for disabled people.

Recreation: The Union Recreation Centre (X Block) is located on Saunders Oval, Foleys Rd, North Wollongong (Wollongong Campus). Facilities include, aerobics, squash, tennis, self-defence, television, clubs, fitness centre, sporting goods shop and table tennis. The centre also has barbecue areas. Call 4229 6167

TwentyTwenty Restaurant: Located in V Block, the award-winning TwentyTwenty Restaurant provides first-class training facilities to students studying hospitality and commercial cookery.
