If you are unable to attend enrolment personally, you may nominate another person (proxy) to attend enrolment and act on your behalf.

This method of enrolling should only be undertaken in exceptional circumstances which prevents you from enrolling personally. The nominated proxy must bring with them a completed and signed Enrolment By Proxy - Proxy Nomination form to enrolment.

This form can be obtained at the Customer Service Centre at your local Campus.
