We stock a broad range of steel and non-ferrous material in various shapes and sizes from full length or cut to size. If required, customers can supply their own material for us to cut to size.

The TAFE Illawarra Metal Centre has been supplying quality metal products and services since 1979. The facility was primarily established to service the training needs of trade and technology students in TAFE colleges, schools and private training institutions throughout NSW, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.

Today our facility can cater to the needs of all customers from the DIY handyman to engineering and fabrication workshops or to larger organisations.

Due to the continual fluctuation of national and international steel pricing we encourage customers to contact our staff for the best price in the current market.

TAFE Illawarra Metal Centre supplies a variety of steel products: Angles, Flat Bar, Round Bar, Square Bar, Rectangular Hollow Section, Square Hollow Section, Pipe, Bright Steel, Channel, Universal Beam, Universal Column, Sheet, Plate and a range of non-ferrous material. Other products may be available upon request.
