Enrolment by Proxy

'Enrolment by Proxy' is when a student, who is unable to attend enrolment personally, nominates another person (proxy) to attend enrolment and act on the student's behalf. This method of enrolling should only be undertaken in exceptional circumstances which prevent the student from enrolling personally. The nominated proxy must bring with them a completed and signed Enrolment By Proxy - Proxy Nomination form to enrolment. This form can be obtained at the administration office of any of the Illawarra Institute's campuses.
