What were you doing before you enrolled at TAFE? International Conference Organiser in Brisbane City (I have Tourism Degree)

Why did you enrol at TAFE? Change of lifestyle mainly, the opportunity came along, things fell into place so I jumped at the offer.

Why did you choose this career path? Have always had a passion for the natural environment and plants, and decided I needed a more relaxed lifestyle.

What do you enjoy most about your training at TAFE? Teachers are approachable and always willing to help. I love propagation and maintaining my plants, it's so rewarding!

What is your advice to others thinking about their career & future education? Learning is a constant journey and life is to short to miss opportunities.

Where do you hope your career path has taken you to 5 years from now? Currently I am working at Wollongong Wholesale Nursery, I love it and it hardly feels like work. Hopefully I can continue working there while I consider a landscape design course to start my own business in plant and landscape consulting.
