TAFE PLUS can give you a competitive edge, and Short Courses are offered over a few hours, a full week, after hours or on weekends, so you can fast track your training during times that suit you.

Methods of Payment

In Person: Cashiers will accept payment between 9:00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that TAFE NSW is committed to maintaining a safe environment for both students and staff. TAFE NSW has a policy of cashless enrolment at all times and will not accept cash as a means of payment. Go to Campuses to find one near you.

By Telephone: You can use your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) to pay. See below for contact details.

By Mail: Post your completed registration form with your payment (cheque, money order or credit card details) to your nearest Business Development Unit - District Office. See below for contact details.

Terms and Conditions

Whilst accurate at the time of publication, all course details including dates, times, delivery patterns and costs are subject to change at the absolute discretion of TAFE NSW - Illawarra Institute.

Fees

Fees cover only tuition and course notes where appropriate.

Payment

Payment must be made prior to the commencement of any short course. Where a company has requested to be invoiced payment is made after receipt of invoice.

Places in short courses are allocated on receipt of payment.

Cheques and money orders should be made payable to TAFE NSW - Illawarra Institute.

Receipts/ Confirmations

A receipt will be posted to you after payment is received.

A confirmation letter containing course location, times etc will be sent to the address provided one week prior to the scheduled commencement date

Refunds/ Cancellations

Cancellations should be advised in writing, more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the program to be eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations advised within 7 days of the program, no refund will be made. However, a substitute delegate may attend.

Course fees cannot be refunded to participants who are unable to attend classes for reasons beyond the Institute's control.

Exemptions

There are NO fee exemptions for TAFE PLUS courses.
