What is Employer e-Services?

TAFE NSW - Illawarra Institute provides online access for registered employers of Apprentices and Trainees enrolled with Illawarra Institute. Employer e-Services is available at no cost to employers and is a user friendly, online service assessed through the TAFE NSW website.

With Employer e-Services you can:

• View your current apprentices and trainees enrolment details
• View and print employer reports of completed results for your current apprentices and trainees
• View a summary of your current apprentices and trainees attendances
• View and approve Full Training Plans online for your current apprentices and trainees
• Change your business's contact details with TAFE NSW
• View notification and information associated with your current apprentices and trainees
• Contact TAFE Institutes through online message facility

Information sessions and customised user support for employers are available if you need assistance.

How do I register?

Complete the Account Creation Form and return it to illawarra.newapprenticeships@det.nsw.edu.au
