Request Forms and Feedback

• Ask a Librarian for assignment related information - let us suggest resources or find you the answer!
• Request passwords for eResources - current TAFE NSW - Illawarra Institute students and staff members only.
• Request an interlibrary loan for course related resources not held in your own campus library.
• Book a library tour or Information Skills class for your students - at least one week's notice is preferred.
• Suggest a purchase - recommend a new resource to be added to your library's collection.
• Provide feedback on library services, resources and facilities - we look forward to hearing from you.

We will endeavour to reply to you within 2 working days - please include a telephone number and your email address. For urgent service, simply telephone your local campus library. Library opening hours are displayed on each library page.
