Aboriginal Education Services

If you are from an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background, the Aboriginal Education and Training Unit can offer you a variety of support services.

The Aboriginal Education and Training Unit can offer you:

  • help selecting the right course for you
  • assistance with your enrollment and applying for exemptions
  • guidance with academic and career aspirations
  • information on specific courses available to you as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background
  • help with any issues that may arise while studying at the institute
  • help organising tutorial support
  • assistance with finding Aboriginal communities that can help with your training and employment needs.
