Students in the English class at Moss Vale TAFE were given an authentic taste of Japanese traditional culture in the form of a Japanese tea ceremony.

The students, all migrants who have settled in the Southern Highlands, are attending an English class once a week in order to improve their speaking listening reading and writing skills. They come from differing cultural backgrounds, for example Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, The Ukraine and Cuba.

They all enjoy the social aspects of their class as well as learning English.
